VBA HELP please

    I tried to post some threads earlier but it didn't work I think
    Well here's my story
    A few days ago i was playing pokemon red and blue on the vba link emulator. I linked to trade so I had every starter pokemon. Then later today I tried it again but the receptionist says that there are already 2 players linked by cablem and i couldn't link anymore..
    Does someone know how to fix it?
     
    i think thats a glitch but next people that post can you tell me how to save from the start menu in Pokemon Firered or post a link so I can download a new FireRed and save form the start menu and how do i fin the " 1m circut board is not installed" problem?
     
    Maybe redownload the emulator that could work? Or I really don't know but.
