When i play a pokemon roms(whatever it is ruby of fire red)on VBA after a few minutes my computer restarts itself or gets stuck.Please help!

because it would probably be easier to fix if you were using vista and that was the problem. lol
edit: have you made sure there aren't any viruses on your computer, or that your rom is not damaged/corrupted?

Yeah I Checked It,All My Roms Are Clean.I Scanned My Computer Twice And No Viruses Are There

what virus scanner do you use?
i would suggest using clamwin (if you want it free) because its about as good as kaspersky or AVG
