Very impossible to find!

I just got the pokemon platinum recently, for my NO$GBA emulator (DS). I was able to find tools that modify certain things in the game (these tools are really hard to find, since platinum is really new, and the tools that i found for DS games were always for diamond and pearl, NOT for platinum).

The tools i found THAT WORK, for POKEMON PLATINUM modify the ff:

• Pokemon Sprites (modified version of loadingNOW's PokeDSPic)
• Pokesav (the one that doesn't fit my computer screen..)
• PDEDS (Pokemon Data Editor by D-Trogh) (I found a way to use this program for Pokemon Platinum :) )
• Trainer Editor by Pokespam (i also found a way to use this for platinum)

Now. I want to ask: Is it possible to make a hack where you can make your own attack moves? By 'make', i mean making a whole new slot for an attack move. Making a name for a the move, making the amount of PP's and maximum PP's, making it's attack damage, accuracy, effects, number of targets etc. I'm asking this question because i saw some programs around the net that can EDIT (not make. edit, meaning overwriting an existing move) an attack move. But, this program was only for .gba files. Sooo please reply asap. I wanna find out if there are already existing programs for PLATINUM (not D/P). Thank you

haha. i don't use it to cheat. i try to make it as fair as possible. cause i wanna make a new pokemon. meaning, i changed the sprites, and the learned moves. i don't use pokesav for making it's stats all full. i just change the moves, and i make it as fair as possible.
