    Where do you get false swipe? (The tm, or does anyone just learn it?)
     
    Best Pokemon to learn False Swipe are:

    Marowak lvl 39
    Farfetch'd lvl 46
    Scyther lvl 16

    Hope this helps
     
    Pokemon who learn False Swipe through leveling up:

    Farfetch`d
    Cubone/Marowak
    Scyther/Scizor
    Grovyle/Sceptile
    Nincada
    Zangoose

    Swablu can have it from PokeBox

    And then there are a bunch of Pokemon who can learn it through egg moves.
    DId you need to find out a breeding chain? Or did you just need it to catch Pokemon with?
     
    Meowth learns it at a certain level. Hope this doesn't help.

    Spearow/Fearow
    Paras/Parasect
    Pinsir
    Heracross
    Seedot/Nuzleaf/Shiftry
    Shroomish/Breloom
    Mawhile.
