    soo i want to ev train my team and it's aleady taking for ever training yanma in sp attk i reached 80 ev's and i think it well take about a week to train them all mostly ralts and shieldon cuz i seem to have bad luck on those 2 lol
    soo i am thinking of useing vitamins but i don't know what and how much they increase i think i can only gave one pokemon 10 vitamins in each state but dos this means it well gave me 100 ev's after this soo i feed yanma the sp attk boosing one dos it gave ot 10 ev's? and how many can i use?
     
    After you have used 10 Vitamins or your pokemon has 100 Effort Points or over. The Vitamins have no use. If your Yanma has 80 Effort Points then it would only need 2 Vitamins before the Vitimans have no more use.
     
    ok thanks bleach and sunshine i guess i well feed the others from the start then but i well ev yanma natruely since i reached 85 and i well gave it one vitamin
