Vitrual PC? Hmm`

Hey, i got my longhorn iso and cd-key. whts the best vitrual pc software for me to use? is there a way i can install it to a virtual pc WITHOUT burning a cd?
I use windows 98 and cannot install it without some software and/or burning a cd so i wanna know of a virtual pc software

A virtual PC Software? Microsoft develops such a program for that purpose, but I don't quite understand what you intend to do with it.

Don't use virtual pc less than 512 MB... or it will be really slow. ~_~
