My favorite has always been and probably forever be Jolteon; I love the way it looks, I love its killer speed (though it has been surpassed... ;_;), and it's always been one of my favorite Electric types to use, besides Ampharos.

I think Espeon is pretty good for me. It seems to be very popular, and in G/S/C, you can teach it the dark move Bite while it's still an Eevee. It makes a good fighter for the Elite 4.
