Issue: VPN Conflictions?

    This isn't an ongoing issue but when I tried to post just before while using a VPN I got sent to some page about PC preventing a site attack. I probably should've taken a screencap but I quickly went back to the previous page. I'm having no issues currently. Just thought I'd report the weird occurrence. I was using a VPN most of the time during my last active period here and never had an issue in the past so maybe it's just a once-off.
     
    I suspect some VPN services might connect you in the same IP range as known attack addresses (thank the attackers who use VPNs to get their way?) so you may inevitably be challenged to be able to access PC.
