    Is there a certain amount of times you need to battle a certain trainer before their Pokemon start getting stronger/evolving? Or anything else special you're supposed to do? I've fought the first Psychic below Veilstone about 10 times and his Pokemon still haven't grown at all.

    I think just fighting a lot would do, just that I'm not sure how much. In LG, the karate guys' Pokémon evolved and leveled up but I don't know when because I trained all the Pokémon I had to evolve to complete my PokéDex with them. It's more than 10 battles for sure.

    I wonder that myself; i go up against some people right after i beat the game and when i Vs Seeked them their Pokemon were Lv 40; there is still that Rich Kid by the Mansion who keeps his lv 18 Luxio (Even though i have beat him 20+ times)

    It's look like depend on the trainer since i battle the zubat guy few time and they become crobat and golbat but for trainer who have a kadabra and haunter it never evolve to alakazam and gengar

    I guess. It would make more sense. However, I never had that much re-match with trainers. ^^'

    it depends on the trainer you rematch with, i come back to the gyarados fisherguys for a rematch after i beat the game, and their lvls went from mids 20's to 40's.

    Is that the Psychic below Veilstone? He has Haunter, Misdreavus and Alakazam? Because he evolved his pokemon on my friend's game, he's the one I'm battling.

    depends some times they lvl up/ evovle 7-15 times other =s it might take 35 times. Most peop,le ventualy get there pokes to lvl50+.

    I keep battling the trainer who has the Happiny (Route before Veilstone), because when you beat her whole team, you get something like 1200 EXP from it.

    But no her Pokemon haven't got any better

    For training my pokémon and gaining money I fight Rich Boy and Fisherman on Route 222.
    1st time: Rich Boy -> Luxio Lv40
    Fisherman -> Magikarp Lv36; Gyarados Lv43

    A lot of times after:
    Rich Boy -> Luxio Lv 55; then Lv60
    Fisherman -> Gyarados Lv53 x2
