I have a Lv. 32 Modest Magmar with Cross Chop, Psychic, Flamethrower and Thunderpunch. I don't remember if it's EV trained or not tough...but that's a great moveset.

lol they give it a stat increse of 10% like if it is modest it is +10 -10 in sp atk and atk ????????
