Honestly I don't know what you are asking. Can you elaborate a little?
 
There are no official Pokemon games for the PC.

They have a few Fan made rip offs and some Fan made spin offs, but there are no real Pokemon games for the PC. Pokemon is exclusive to Nintendo.
