War of the Shadow (A TAD/RM joint creation and Invite Only)

The Wheel of Time weaves an intricate pattern, one that a mortal cannot begin to comprehend. An Age rests on each of the seven spokes. Ages of darkness, of light, of knowledge and learning. Ages of constant war, strife, chaos. It is the Second Age. War has passed out of the realm of memory. The idea of it has been forgotten. Aes Sedai, wielders of the One Power, the force that drives the Wheel can preform miracles. Their healers can fan the slightest spark of life to full health. Mightsy sho wings carry people from one end of the lands to the other. Still faster is Traveling, a warping of the fabric of worlds that brings two points together as one until the flows that brought them together are released.

Angreal and the mighty sa'angreal amplify the powers of Aes Sedai. But even with these devices, the powers of the Aes Sedai are limited. Men and women must draw on different sources of the Power, limiting what they can do. Two Aes Sedai have been working at destroying this final wall and bringing about a new Age. Unfortunately, they succeeded. The pair tapped into a souce created by the Dark One, Shai'tan. In doing so, they released him from his prison, set by the Creator in the moment of creation.

War has been reintroduced into this utopia, war corrupted by the Power. Aes Sedai have ceased to be scholars. Now, they are soldiers and weapons of awesome might. The old sport known as "swords" has been remade into a way of killing. The Aes Sedai, led by Lews Therin Telamon, the Tamyrilin are opposed by the Forsaken, Aes Sedai converted to the Dark One and led by Ishmael, Betrayer of Hope.

If you are an Aes Sedai, the magic sources (and the only magic sources in the world) are saidin for maless and saidar for females.
