I know this sounds ridiculous...but there's a game called Pokemon defense on Warcraft in the downloaded maps section.
Surprisingly, I find it quite entertaining. Each player has their own battlefield and depending on the mode, your Pokemons verse the person's Pokemon to the left of you. At the end of each round you can upgrade or catch more new Pokemon from the field. There's also the option of trading and getting legendary Pokemons...which are very strong.
