There are these websites, links removed, etc. I want to know why are they not banned? They sure are illegal, and don't any rights to put shows online...then how are they still on?

It might not technically be linking to the sites, but you should remove the URLs.

Even if you may or may not have intentionally distributed illegal material to sites hosting Pokémon episodes, it's still prohibited here and is against the given rules of the Pokémon Anime section. There are definitely other ways to ask your questions without giving site names or URLs.
