Now that Harley has beaten May, will he settle down or still try and pick a fight with her?
It's highly unusal for such a flamboyant male to exist in cartoons, does that mean Harley is gay? It doesn't matter, but a persons sexuality is toned down in children's programming.
Pikachu looked awfully cute in that kimono. I sure glad someone told May about the next contest, it was starting to get a little annoying with her basically finding out at the last minute. A good episode.:)

...This episode not only gives a hint to ContestShipping (with the rose at the end), but it also adds controversy to that age-old question:
Is Harley naturally a BOY or a GIRL?
Seriously, even the characters get confused at times (Brock easily mistook (..."it"??...) as a girl at first), and considering Harley's lines,...who could blame 'em? At least with Drew it's clear-cut, as his constant gift of roses for May should show.
That philosophical question aside, though, I didn't like how May was fighting. Basically all of Munchlax's moves are ones that require time to charge, which is how Harley managed to win. She basically gave the battle away.

I kinda feel like it was about time for Harley to win a contest. I was getting kinda tired of seeing May win contest after contest with bary any training at all. Also May was kind of unrealistic at the end of this episode. She didn't really look disappointed at all when she lost but I guess this proves she is a bit different from Ash when he loses.
I can see how May could lose to Harly that time. All of Munchlax attacks took to long to use. Focus Punch. Solar Beam. She was using them all at the wrong times. She should have use Solar Beam like when Harley's pokemon was resting.
I am glad with how this episode ended contest wise. I was glad that Harley won and I wonder how will this pay out the next time the two meet. I just wonder how will May be in the next contest this weekend.
