    It was a good episode, but I felt sorry for the Absol because it got the blame for every disaster that happened. I give it an 8/10. Just about 2-3 weeks before Ash's battle in Sootopolis.

    BTW, is it me, or did that kid whose brother left the town sound like Mokuba from YGO! Grand Championship?
     
    Maybe. I didn't really saw all of the Grand Championship episodes. I was lucky to see the final fight.

    Umm. It a fillier but it has one pokemon that I like a lot. Absol is a very cool pokemon becasue of its fur. It is also so beautiful.

    Well Team Rocket was kind of useless in this episode. I mean they just ate. Then got stuck on top of a rock. Then when they did their motto it was blast off time. Was that two useless second? Poor Rockets. They didn't even consider Absol as a powerful pokemon that the boss would want. All they did was just say bad puns. I still find Ash and Co being some what dumb becasue they didn't see though their diesguises. A human with a tail?

    I just wish they show more Absols in this episode. They kept on talking about how there have been so many Absols but they only shown one. I mean I expect that at the end a whole bunch of Absols to appear and use their Hyper Beam to help knock the bolder down.

    7/10. I just wish they didn't waste Team Rocket here. I like the Absol.

    The episode before Ash gets a new pokemon. I feel like I going to do some ranting next week.
     
    The first dubbed episode of 2006 features a disaster Pokemon. Uh oh.

    Anyway, it's nice that they focused on the Absol mythos but I dunno, I sense something was off here. Y'know how they had Blaziken as a major bad *** when Harrison used it end of Year Five and then the seventh movie had it playing with the other Pokemon and being so cute and outgoing with everyone and just wrecking the prior image?

    It's kinda like that here but at least with Absol, it was a brand of being misunderstood.

    And yes, Nicki is quite annoying in his voice and convictions, sighs. Oh well.

    As for the Rockets, it's what Reyna said. Although I do find it irony seeing the Rockets being useless here despite the fact they've saved a good majority of the filler episodes this season. Sighs.

    I could say more but Reyna covered it, so 6/10. At least they gave some exposition for Absol. Huzzah.

    I thought the samething to about Absol. I mean it is a disaster pokemon but was misunderstood.

    I also want to say is that how many here at the begining of AG thought that Ash was getting an Absol. I mean back when we were making predictions about Ash's Hoenn team I heard a lot of. "Oh. He getting an Absol." or "That be so cool if he gotten a dark type. OH ABSOL!! Will tha be so cool." What you think about that?
     
    I don't know how anyone could make that distinction. Ash is power, yeah, or scrappiness but nothing so omnious or wicked. Anything with a real mythos, like say the Unown or the fossils (and Absol is part of this as an super rarity), no one in the anime can have that as a capture. Certainly not him.

    Besides, the speculations have to be Pokemon that could have relevance to the character like the May/Swablu debacle back when.
     
    Well. I thought it be intresting to bring up since this episode was about Absol. I mean it was a thought. It be better then the one that is coming up soon.

    What else could be brought up about this episode.
     
    I thought it was a good episode..8 out of 10. I really enjoyed this one. I really like the way the older brother was dressed. cool cowboy look goin on.
