Weepinbell toss or keep

    i Started A new Game on leaf Green and im tring to make a good team out of pokemon i don't really use I got a Charizard pidgeot Weepinbell Poliwhirl a dugtrio and a Raticate. I got them with all pretty good moves there all only on 40 but my weepinbell just isnt good yet and i know who it is with stone pokemon they sometimes take a little while to get good. But if someone has experence with a weepinbell tell me if they get good ot show i dump it now if so what grass pokemon should i get Thank you anyone that answers
