Question Were my packs tampered with?

    Hello, new here. I hope I'm posting this question in the correct section...

    I had some suspicions that some of my booster packs had been resealed but no idea how to be 100% sure. I purchased in person at a local store.
    Could anyone take a look at this video I created on Youtube and give their opinion?
