3rd Gen We've got stuck on Emerald. Need help -- and fast!

please -- we managed to get to mt chimney after we couldn't remember how to get past the wailmer. we got the special cave place there. but we've forgotten where you get strength! please give us advice on what to do until we can get into team aqua's hideout! thank you!

(p.s: we have ruby and sapphire, but we finished the game, emerald is slightly different and ruby and sapphire were a long time ago! please help!)

Please don't double post. Have you got a Magma Emblem thingy? You have to go to Mount Chimney, down that Jagged Pass place and the emblem opens the Magma hideout.

Strength is in the Rustruf Tunnel. You rock smash the rocks in the tunnel, and a man will give you Strength. Rustruf Tunnel is the tunnel between Verantruf town and Rustboro.
