4th Gen what are the best hs/ss pokes?

Rule of thumb, "You can use anything you like. Any Pokémon will work perfectly well if train it to high enough levels and teach it good moves to cover your team. For instance, don't let a Water type know all Water base moves."

Other than that, there isn't that much to say. You've got to at least put in some effort to know what you want to train before people could help you out too. Anyway, currently in-game team questions aren't allowed, so just use whatever you like. ;)
