What are the details about Pokerus?

My Pokemon have caught Pokerus, and Im goignt to start EV training two in Defence, so if i give one a MAcho Brace, will he get say, 4 EV's from a regular 1 EV pokemon, and the Pokemon holding Exp Share, who also has Pokerus, would he get 4 EV's?

no, the one with the macho brace would get 4, but the one with only pokerus and the exp share would get 2.
