Hey there! ^^
I think it's definitely a good start! The lines seem pretty smooth which is great! :D You might want to add some shading in there, and as others have said some of the colours are missing. The proportions are also a little off in places (the wings are too short, for example), but continued practise will remedy this. :)

I definitely think you have talent and can't wait to see more of your stuff! Keep up the good work! *hugs!*

seems to be very good! I drew latias once and it turned out okay....but it was in black and white becuase i suck at coloring...;_; so i do value.

if you use the brush / pencil you may do better poics
