what emulator do u use??

hey ppl i just wondered what emulator u all use as mine wont let me use .ips files wich is what all but 1 of the hacks so ermm plz can u tell me there names (unless u can give me a link for then :P :D :D ) thanks all

I find VisualBoyAdvance to be the best GBA emulator, but I'm not sure about the DS...
