    Well i cheated to get latias and well it wont obey me but all my level 100s will and hes only level 36 can some one help me

    See, key word is "cheated". When you cheat, lots of unexpected things happen that you don't want to so maybe its better to do things the legal way, eh?

    Just like my brother's Mew. I bet you can't trade it either. All his evil cheat Mews do is hold his HM moves. I cheated for Mew, too, but mine brought me to a wherever it is that you are SUPPOSED to fight Mew. Did your cheat just make Latias appear all the time?
     
    ya i did that might be y i dont care no more igot all the badges so he obeys me and i wasnt the OT it was this other guy.
