In Pokémon there are lots of contradictions in the anime, manga and games. So waht do you think is Pokémon's true story?
In my opinon, the games (no spinoffs) are canon, but not 100% because it's a game and you have to change things when it's done in a game. The main example is that everything goes around you. So it must be a mix between the games and Pokémon Adventures manga as I read somewhere that Satoshi Tajiri said that was what most resembled the world he tried to make.
I'll be glad to hear your opinions about the true Pokémon world.
