Question: What is Disabled Reputation

    When i look at my rep it says "gkenzx has disabled reputation" What does this mean?
     
    It means you have chosen to not show your reputation level to other members. It is the default for new members of PC right now (I think). If you wish to show your reputation level, go to your User CP, and then click "Edit Options" on the left side-bar. It's the first (or second?) setting.

    Technically, it doesn't stop people from giving you rep, though, it just hides it.
     
    means just that.. your rep 'status' is disabled (turned off) and the normal reputation pips won't show up
    (see the grey block under your name?)
     
    that means it won't show how much rep you have
    to activate it you have to go to private messages and then to edit options on the left and check the second checkbox
