What Is PBR WiFi Hack Blocker?

    I just recently heard about Pokemon Battle Revolution WiFi Hack Blocker and I got some hacked Dialga that I randomly got from GTS and I worried to put them on and made them all turn into Bad Eggs in my Pokemon Diamond Cartridge...

    what does the hack blocker do? what stuff does it block? does it turn Pokemon in the Pokemon D/P Cartridge into Bad Eggs or just in PBR?
     
    Ok for the last time it makes pokemon that go byond the EV limits a bad egg but on wifi they just dont let you battle

    it turns Pokemon in the game cartridge or PBR into Bad Eggs?

    thanks, I was worried that Dialga would screwed me up if I register all my Pokemon onto PBR WiFi... but then again I'm not going to use it anyways, my DV Bred Pokemon are alot better than it anyways
