    Does it make them load faster or something?

    Ones like the bishie thread make sense since there'd be claims form inactive members all over the place, but as for all the others, what's the reason? Is there a reason? ._.
     
    If a forum's stickies/rules are not created by a current staff member (like a former mod that has resigned), then we ask the current mod(s) to repost them. It just looks a bit more professional and leads to less confusion ("Why did that random member post the rules of this forum? He's not staff" etc.).
