What Pokemon do you usually just ignore in the game? But you know you have to catch them.
Mines are
Margikarp, Rattata, Magikarp and tentacools

Magikarp and Zubat, really. Especially since I can always get a Gyarados and Golbat later on in the games (depending on which game, of course, but still).
