Everyone what ROD can i use to catch staryu?feebas?horsea?
pls.. tell me i really nid it tnx (^_~)

Use a Super rod on all of them it works.

Staryu and Horsea can be obtained with a Super Rod. Use the Super Rod to get Staryu on the coast in Lilycove. Use the Super Rod to the east of Slateport, just before the currents to get Horsea.

For Feebas, the best Rod to use is an Old Rod. The Old Rod is good because all it catches is Magikarp. If you use any other Rod, you get things such as Carvanha, occasional Wailmer maybe, etc. Using the Old Rod guarentees only Magikarp, or if you find the square, Feebas.
