uhh they are all trash imo, the sinnoh starters are the best

edit: torchic swampert and treecko are alright tho lets be honest. so if i had to choose 3 from this list it would prolly be them.

Kanto: Bulbasaur
Johto: Chikorita
Hoenn: Treecko
Sinnoh: Turtwig
That's weird. Grass isn't even my favorite type.

Unless you mean which generation of starters is best.
Then it's easily Kanto (Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle.)

My preferences in order of best to worst (left to right):

Kanto: Squirtle, Charmander, Bulbasaur
Johto: Cyndaquil, Chikorita, Totodile
Hoenn: Mudkip, Torchic, Treecko

Out of all 9: probably cyndaquil because he's the cutest.
