5th Gen What the ---- is wrong with my game?

I selected "Rest" at the Battle Subway. When I come back, the guy asks me if I want to continue. Selecting "No" resets my game for some reason, and it loads the same save again. Is this just my game or do all copies force you to continue?

That's how it works. You aren't supposed to leave the Subway until you either (1) forfeit, (2) lose a battle, or (3) win a streak.
"Resting" is similar to the "Quick Save" function of other games. You either load the Quick Save or you don't play.
