What/Who else do I need for helping with Fan Game Development?

    I already got a few Spriters, Artists, Writers, and a Mapper and Composer. What other roles are needed to have a full team working on a fan game?

    A project manager/director. Someone who defines all the tasks that need to get done, the order in which they need to get done, and estimates the schedule in which they will get finished. In-charge of steering the creative vision for the project. Also vetoes things which are out-of-scope for the project or doesn't quite fit.

    All the people you have are asset creators. You need coders/engineers/technicians. Basically people who are going to take those assets and actually build the game.
