what would be the best nature and moveset for a roserade to have after raising it from a budew and what should it be EV trained in?? any ideas would be great!!!

Timid. Or Modest, if you can't seem to get a Timid one.

Mild Nature. Its Defense is already horrible as it is. You won't really be able to survive anything physical anyway.

-Sunny Day
-Solarbeam
-Sludge Bomb
-Toxic/Petal Dance/Filler

thanks everyone for the natures!! now what should i EV train it in besides Sp.atk?? would rash nature be good enough for it too because i want it 2 know shadow ball, energy ball sludge bomb and leech seed

Speed?
Use Golbats that are in Water in Victory road and/or Zubats in Solaceon Ruins.
Roserade isn't very good as it can't take Psychical hits.

Timid is best. Rash really isn't. Remember, Rash removes sp.defense. You don't want that.

That's honestly a very good moveset right there.
