Yes that's another reason to add approval to it.
 
As far as I know, there is no method to "moderate" (approve/disapprove) reputation comments implemented in vB.
So, unless there is a plugin for it, that's impossible. If we were to bring back reputation, we'd have to rely on the user's input about abusers.
 
I don't see the Staff Feedback thing working unless it were anonymous. Since you'd either get people wandering in and mindlessly bashing _____ for closing their thread, or some other thing. And then you'd get the random people who just come to say "You guys are doing SUCH A GOOD JOB I LOVE YOU ♥♥" just to suck up. I think you'd get the most truthful feedback if it were anonymous. Though again, that could just be opening up to more bashing. :\
