Whats a good Poliwrath Moveset?

    I have an Impish Poliwhirl with me, and I was thinking of evolving it into a Poliwrath, except I'm not sure what a good moveset for it would be.

    Poliwrath @ Leftovers
    Nature: Impish (+Def, -Sp Atk)
    EVS: ???
    Trait: Water Absorb
    MS:
    ~Bulk up/Hypnosis
    ~Brick Break/Wake-Up Slap
    ~Earthquake??
    ~??? Mind Reader, maybe?

    I liked the Wake-Up Slap and Hypnosis combo, and then how Mind Reader makes Hypnosis always hit, but I heard that Brick Break is better.. so I'm hesitating a bit on what I should make Poliwrath know.

    Could anyone help on the moveset and where I should put its EVs in?
     
    - Hypnosis
    - Waterfall
    - Rock Slide/Poison Jab/Bulk Up
    - Brick Break

    A good EV set would be.

    252 HP / 100/156 Atk / 156/100 Def
