Diamond and Pearl because Team Galactic has a cool battle music. That's the only reason I even like Team Galactic the first place. >.>

The Galactic boss theme is even better than their normal theme. Too bad you get to only hear it twice through the entire game. That's why I downloaded the soundtrack to listen to it whenever I want.
 
Leafgreen has some pleasent musical scores on it, along with Sapphire. Diamond and Pearl are okay, I suppose.
 
Ruby, Sapphir and Emerald, Why ?

S.S Tidal and Birney's Ship Music
Oceanic Museum--Sorta like the S.S Anne, music, but a bit different
Victory Road--Now that music was cool
E4 Battle Music--I always sing the entry music when I battle the Elite 4

LeafGreen has great tracks (Viridian Forest, Celadon, Rival, E4, etc.)... except the end battle music that they kept over from RSE... ugh. That's horrible. So I'll vote RBY, because I don't see a FRLG option.

I love the pokecenter night music from DP, Jubilife city and the music on the route between Hearthome and Solaceon. But I'm pretty dissappointed with the rest of the tracks. Most of the RSE music was pretty bad too.
 
Fr/Lg D/p Best ones yet! The r/s/e had bad music =/ The only decent music was against The AquA/mAGMA bosses and thats about it
 
DP>FRLG=GSC>RSE>>>RBY
RSE IMO sucked mostly. I only have like 6 songs on my computer from that game. Route 119, Mt Chimney, boss battle, and a few others. Although not really noticable, FRLG's gym song was different than RSE's and also better.

RBY, I only listen to it for nostalgia. Back then, I didn't listen to GB music for entertainment.

FRLG - I loved over 75% of the music in that game. I loved most of the cities, routes and the islands.

DP - DP is the best. I like 75% of their music too with Kurogane and Shirona's theme being the top.
 
I love everything about the 2nd gen!!!
 
I love the trainer battle theme for the G/S/C games lol! I give this generation too much credit nothing lives up to G/S/C >_>
