Question: When i make a Thread it wont come up and i cant find it.

Where are you making said threads at?

In the following, it needs to be validated before shown:
Pokémon Roleplay
Pokémon Groups
Other Roleplay
Other Clubs
Member Fanclubs
and I think Team Discussions, but I'm not sure about that one.

I can guess where you are putting them.

Certain places require mods to look at them first, to decide if they should be accepted or not. That is probably why.
 
What? There's no such forum as "hack roms chats". Do you mean... the Scrapbox..Progressing Hacks..Hacks Showcase...Emulation...ROM Hacking...Doc's and Tut's...or Team Discussions?

Prog. Hacks, Hacks Showcase, ROM Hacking, Doc's and Tuts, and Team Discussions have their threads moderated, meaning they have to be approved.
 
All I read from this is that you haven't read the rules...
