When should i replace dragon rage?

    I won a dratini in Goldenrod, and I loved how its dragon rage one-shot everything. However, over time it´s becoming weaker and weaker. I just wanted to ask about when is it the right time to replace it. I don´t want to replace it too soon or too late, because that would be a pity.
