[Other] Where can I find tools for Pokemon Crystal rom hacking?

    Most of the stuff in the stickies here is for gen 3 or newer, I almost can't find anything for gen 2... There's some tidbits here and there on romhacking.net, but not everything I need... Every link on this page is dead...

    I need a trainer / gym leader editor for Crystal, plus something that lets me add custom key items with custom functions... Are there tools that exist for this sort of thing? I mean, there's some Crystal rom hacks out there that do the kind of stuff you can't do with the handful of tools I've managed to find on my own, so there must've been some sort of toolkit for Crystal or gen 2 games...
