[Other] Where can I find tutorial for hex editor?

I want to add more pokemon to Emerald and change the sprites of the animations but you need to learn hex editor for that. does anyone know a good tutorial to learn hex editor (HxD)?

There's nothing really to learn with hex editors. They directly edit data in the game and nothing else. Most tutorials doing anything involving a hex editor will tell you exactly what to do with them. All you really need to know is how pointers work in case you need to insert one somewhere and you're good to go.
