4th Gen Where can I find??

Hey all,

I have just found Fire Spin which is awesome !

But where can I find Thunderbolt (or something similar for) I want a really strong decent electric attack, also the same for my water Pokemon like Water Gun etc.

Also I had Flash to light up caves etc, but dont seem to have it anymore. Where can I get this?
