Question: Where can I get master image set/dev kit for vB?

    I know PC has both of them available but are they limited for some users only? It would be nice to make theme for PC.
     
    To be able to design a style for PC you need to master style sheet which can be downloaded from the link in Razor Leafs post. To do that however you'd need some way to access the admin pannel of a vB forum which not everyone has. Some people download a nulled version of vB and host it locally but we obviously can't help you there.
    But to answer your question I'm assuming to get this master image kit you'd need to request it from Rukario just like you'd need to request for styling permissions so you could post in the style studio.
     
    Those are copyrighted images and the image developer set is only available to people who own a vBulletin license (via members.vbulletin.com); redistribution of them isn't legal. Steve hasn't ever allowed people to download those nor has he hosted them for people to find them here.
