Well, There was a thread like this for Pokemon, but I didn't see one for items. Forgive me if I'm blind and just passed over it~ ^^"

Does Any one know where you can buy a Quick Ball? I've tried looking everywhere... -.-' any help would surely be appreciated.

The Pokemon League sells them. That's where I buy them.

How about a Focus Band in Pearl? I don't want to have to save up all the BP to get it...
