Where can you get a Tangela?

    Because it's in ruto 21 or One Island(that's the name of the place)​
     
    You can trade a Venonat for one in Cinnabar Island inside the Pokemon Lab.
     
    Route 21 is south of Pallet Town. You can surf from there, or north of Cinnabar, but Pallet is closer. You should see a patch of grass on a small mass of land to your right soon after leaving Pallet.
     
    Tangela can be found right behind pallet town.
