3rd Gen where do u get rayquaza

U get rayquaza at the sky pillar north-east of pacifaldog town in a rocky passage in the sea u catch it at level 70
 
yea,fly to pacifaldog town,den surf east n u wil reach skky pikkar,but u must beat elite four already,besides dat u nid to have mach bike.....good luck!

*sigh* pokemon are caught by luck.

So i could catch anything with a pokeball if i was lucky enough.
