    Here is where I train:

HP - Surf area in petalburg city (marill powa 2HP!)
Atk- Mt. Pyre (Banette 1Atk sapphire only)
Def- underwater near seafoam city (clampearl 1def)
    SP Atk - ?
    SP Def - ?
    Spd - ?

I need a good place to ev train for sp atk, sp def, and spd. Anyone got any good suggestions?

speed-The route where right before the route to the weather center. It has linoones, zigzagoons, and wingulls. Actually everyone there gives u Speed EVs except for Kaacleon.

for SP Atk - go to the route where you find a lot of spindas, I don't remember which route is it but it was great for training my Alakazam.

In sapphire it's easier to train for special defense. The route between Meteor Falls and Fallarbor town have Lotad, Lombre, and Swablu for special defense EV's. I think that Tentacool gives off special defense so surfing is good too.

No one mentioned Rusturf tunnel? 100% chance of whismur, 100% HP EVs

Atk and Defense was the hardest for me... the specials and speed are so easy.

Speed: underwater cavern... there's nothing but Zubats/Golbats... 100% speed EVs. The cavern is better than the route with weather inst, because there's too many mixed amounts of stuff there, such as Tropius and so on.

Sp.atk: spinda! too much of those critters, but never too much sp.atk. There are sandshrews and Unmentionable-S, but they're quite rare compare to Spinda

Sp.def: tentacool is everywhere... anymore questions?

Atk and Defense are annoying because those good places are only in certain versions... Defense is just hard to find. There's still Shuppet for attack in sapphire, but defense beats me...

for defense, clamperals underwater by sootopolis city are pretty good. You get the rare chimchous and very rare relicanth. Bascially its just like the spinda place, but for def and less occurances of monsters that you dont want to encounter.
