wheres the place to delet hm's

or is there such place?
My turtwig was born with all hm moves and i was wondering if there was a place to delet them.

Where do I find the Move Deleter?
The Move Deleter is located in Canalave City (the city with the harbour), in the house below the Pokémon Center.
