3rd Gen Where is the Sun stone in firered?

    does anyone know where the sun stone is in firered or leagreen? i can't seem to find it. and do you need the national dex to evolve gloom to bellosom?
     
    The Sun Stone is located on Six Island in Ruin Valley; as for Gloom into Bellossom, you don't need the national dex. ^.^

    But this SHOULD have gone in simple questions :)
     
    Err... Bellossom is a Johto Pokemon, therefore it does need the National Dex for you to evolve Gloom with the Sun Stone. If you try, it shall stop mid-way through evolution, saying it can't seem to evolve.
