    WELL ITS A HORSEA RIGHT NOW AND ITS A HARDY NATURE. I WANT TO KNOW WHICH STATS SHOULD I EV TRAIN??ILL REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU TELL ME:)
     
    Hardy Nature sucks on Kingdra. Timid or Jolly Please, with 252 Respective Attack, 252 HP, 4 Sp. Def

    -Surf
    -Ice Beam

    Rain Dance and Swift Swim make this thing a beasty sweeper, due to EVs being allowed in HP without making him to slow to use.

    Yes it does. It's what makes Kingdra good in d/p. 210 base power is pretty neat.
